Hey
Me and my housemate are looking to find two people to replace us in our lovely flat between Hackney and Bethnal Green, two mins from the canal and about 10 mins from Victoria Park!
Me and Molly have been in the flat since Sept 2024 and have loved being here but now I am buying a flat and Molly is moving out on 10 Jan. My move out date is more up in the air given I’m just waiting for a completion date but it should be late Jan / early Feb so ideally we can find two friends who are flexible on their moving date.
The flat is really lovely, it comes with the black sofa but otherwise unfurnished. But we are happy to discuss leaving the table and chairs, coffee table and wall bracket if needed!
My room is the larger room with balcony access so I pay £1,300 rent. Mollys room is smaller so she pays £1,200.
You’ll be next door to lovely neighbours and a genuinely good landlord that gets stuff fixed very quickly.
