I’m looking for a tidy, considerate person (or couple) to join my flat share just off the leafy Clapton Square. I’ve lived here for the past two years and really enjoy the calm, comfortable feel of the home, so I’m keen to find someone who also values keeping a nice space and a relaxed atmosphere. Friends are welcome with a bit of prior notice. LGBTQ+ friendly

I’m a 28-year-old professional, originally from the north. I work from home a few days a week - during which I like to cook, work out, and chill in front of the telly. At weekends, I usually relax in the flat and meet up with friends. I’d love to find a flatmate I can get on well with and hopefully build a friendship with.

You’re tidy, respectful, and enjoy living in a clean, comfortable home. You’re friendly, easygoing, and looking for a sociable but chilled flat share.

The room is a bright double and comes part-furnished, including a bed, mattress, and wardrobe/closet. It’s within a spacious two-bedroom flat in a characterful mansion block with a spacious lounge (with sofa bed for guests) and separate kitchen/dining room.

• 10-minute walk to Hackney Central & Hackney Downs stations
