Cute and light room available - move in ASAP!

I am sadly leaving this amazing 2 bed flat, situated in hackney central / London fields and looking for a long-term replacement tenant to replace me.

The room going is unfurnished, so ideal for adding your own personal touch (I currently use palettes as a bed frame which I can leave on request). And is bright and well-lit throughout the day.

Living with one other person - it is a super chilled environment.

The flat is close to every kind of transport link you could imagine (overground x 3, connection to central tube stations, buses on your doorstep, and easily walkable into the city).

London Fields is also just around the corner, with pubs, cafés, shops, markets, and green space all within a few minutes’ walk, making this a great spot for enjoying everything Hackney has to offer.

You also have Wilton way, a community hub of cafe/wine bar / vintage shop just around the corner, and also a community garden opposite the flat.

Only thing to mention about this flat is it is on a main road, however this is something that I now actually find more comforting than anything - but just to be transparent!

I have really loved living here, and the room has served me perfectly...I would love to find someone that will love it just as much as me 💚
