Amazing room available in beautiful recently refurbed Victorian home, with friendly, fun housemates.

The room is big, bright, with a double bed, double wardrobe, vintage chest of drawers, desk and chair. It also features high ceilings, a beautiful fireplace alcove with an ornate mirror above. The sash window overlooks the back garden.

We have a lot of social shared spaces including a much loved living room. The kitchen is massive and modern, with all mod cons and a big dining area with French doors overlooking the garden.

There's 2 bathrooms with powerful showers and a bath tub, so you never have to wait. We also have a cleaner.

We're in Lower Clapton (Zone 2) around 10 mins walk from the overground. There's loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets minutes away and also the Chatsworth Rd market on a Sunday.

Transport wise, we’re 20-25 mins from most of the city (Liverpool Street, Shoreditch, Angel, Oxford St, etc). We’re also 15 - 20 mins walk to Dalston & Stoke Newington.

We're friendly, respectful, sociable housemates with an easy-going vibe. A mix of creatives and professionals, in our 20's and 30's.

We cook house meals together occasionally, have BBQs, go to the pub, etc. but we also have our own busy lives and do our own thing. Though we can be very sociable, this is definitely not a party house.

We are looking for a like-minded, relaxed, clean & tidy, sociable and respectful housemates to treat the place like home.

The house is on a very quiet leafy street with lovely neighbours. We're surrounded by huge lush green spaces (less than a minute away from Millfields Park), the canal, and Hackney Marshes.

The room is available from 29 Jan, but we may have some flexibility around dates.
