You will be living with my three lovely friends (age range 28-37) who enjoying hanging out together at home, and the odd adventure / pub visit / party. The house is very much a home and they will be looking for someone who is of a similar mindset, and is happy to help host the occasional party / gathering.
The area – if you don’t know it already – is beautiful, with all the baked delights of Chatworth Road on your doorstep, and the canals and marshes behind.
Rent is: £1,164 per month
Bills: £120 monthly
(plus there is a fortnightly cleaner £10)
Room is semi-furnished (large built in wardobes with plenty of storage). You would need to bring your own bed :)
