Looking to find someone to replace me in my beautiful, modern apartment over the road from Broadway Market. I've lived at this property for almost seven years and loved it. You'd be living with two lovely, tidy housemates who have also lived in the flat for years. Both work in the office and some days at home.

The flat: Three bedrooms with a large kitchen and living space and with a communal east-facing balcony. One communal bathroom. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated in the past two years, very modern and clean. Furniture is currently owned by housemates separately.

The room: Unfurnished double room with large floor to ceiling windows and a private west-facing balcony, perfect for summer evenings. This room is slightly smaller than the other two, so includes a walk-in wardrobe located in the hall. (Potential to buy some of my furniture including bed, chest of drawers and bedside table.)

- Walking distance to Bethnal Green Underground Station as well as Cambridge Heath, London Fields, Hoxton and Haggerston Overground Stations.
- Columbia Road, Broadway Market, London Fields and Victoria Park on your doorstep
- Lots of great pubs, bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk.
- Council tax band E

All the basic amenities including fast WiFi, washing machine, bike lock-up etc.

Bills not included but come to around £150 per person.
