Beautiful room in modern flat.

Hey! I have a beautiful room in my flat becoming available at the end of April, as my friend Zoe is going travelling. I (29) live here with my flatmate Hanna (29). The available room shares a bathroom with myself. Hanna is in office Monday - Friday, am I’m a chef, so shifts vary.

The flat is a super clean and tidy flat, with a lovely balcony. Located right on Hackney downs park, with good transport links from rectory road (5 mins walk), hackney downs (10 min walk) Dalston junction and Kingsland (10 mins walk). We have great amenities within our building (gym, boxing gym, coffee shop, shop, hairdressers and more)

I am looking for someone sociable and tidy to take this room. This flat is very close to a railway line, it doesn’t bother me and I never hear it now, but just a heads up!

Also, comes with a communal swimming pool mar-sept. Concierge and 24 hour security.
