Hello! I have a huge room available in my lofty 2bed flat in Hackney Central. Move-in date January 19th, with some flexibility. Signing for 5 months, then rolling tenancy with the new upcoming rental laws if we're a good fit. You must be able to have your name on the contract prior to moving in.

Located in E8 1HY. The room is £1180 pcm. Plus £220 bills (includes household bills, council tax and unlimited heating for no extra cost!). The room is unfurnished but has a big built-in wardrobe. The rest of the house is furnished, has a washer/dryer, lots of hallway storage, and a shared bathroom with a bath. The nearest station is Hackney Central and Hackney Downs overground, or multiple bus routes into central London. Plus there's plenty of amenities right outside our door.
Once the lease is signed, a deposit of £1500 is to be paid to the old tenant, and your name will be added to the landlord's database (deposit is secured in a TPD authorised deposit protection scheme).

You will be sharing with just me and my small pup. I'm 29 year-old architect originally from New Zealand, working a mix of wfh/office days and currently studying for my architect registration. I love hosting dinner parties and wine nights, art galleries, yoga, reality tv and am currently building my vinyl collection. My dog, Arlo, is a 10-year old Cavoodle. He's super chill, quiet and well-trained. Loves zoomies and being told he's a good boy.
