Room available is the master bedroom with a floorspace of 30sqm including a shower ensuite.

Ideally looking for a professional who has an active social/work life, who is looking for a base in the centre of Hackney.

I am moving out of the flat to move in with a partner. The new roommate will be living with Molly, 35, who works in events and has lived in the flat for 4 years. Molly also has a small brown miniature poodle, named Bambino, who is very sweet and chilled. He is also hypoallergenic and does not shed. He loves people and goes to the office and most social events with her.

What Molly is looking for in a roommate: "I travel a lot for work/pleasure, have an active social life meaning I’m gone from the flat quite a lot, but do use it as a space to relax and enjoy when I am home. I’d ideally like to find someone similar."

The living space is fully furnished; the bedroom can be partially furnished, but will need a new bed/mattress (option to retain/remove most of the other furnishings).

Move in date available February 14 - March 1, with a preference for earlier movers. (Earlier may be possible too - just ask.) You will be taking over approx 5.5 months remaining on the lease with option to renew Aug 14 with Molly. Council tax is £82 per person per month.
