Haggerston en-suite room, large house with terrace

We are a young, great household of good friends: Dixi (me) Dougal and Ellie (couple) and Shivani. Our friend Jak is moving out and we would like to find someone to fill his room in the house.

The room has a double bed, hanging space, a huge amount of light, and its own private en-suite with a bath.

Please note the communal laundry machine is in the en-suite so the rest of the house will need occasional access. It’s frustrating we know but we do our best to ensure minimal disruption. If you have a job where you work from the office 3+ days a week, that would work best so we can nip in and out with minimal inconvenience to you.

I also pet sit some dogs (very tiny ones) from time to time, so dog lovers preferred!

The spacious and well stocked kitchen is perfect for people who love to cook, and we have a garden space which is great for spillover when we have friends over. Our downstairs living room is very much a social space where you'll never struggle to find someone to watch Netflix with if you want to relax. On the top floor there's a big private roof terrace where we hang out in the evenings in summer & work out

It's a very clean and tidy house, and we've filled it with enough art and indoor plants to make it a really calming space. We love socialising as a group, but definitely respect personal boundaries when appropriate.

Shoreditch, Haggerston, and London Fields are all within a ten minute walk; we are perfectly situated in the most perfect triangle of East London. Canary Wharf and Oxford Circus are close by Public Transport. There are some great street markets nearby including: Brick Lane, Broadway, Spitalfields and Columbia Road. Co-Op, Tesco, Sainsbury's are all nearby.
