Creating an intentional community

Hello,

We're looking for folk to join us in our quest to create an intentional living community in East (perhaps North) London.

This isn’t like most ad's on Spareroom! (and its doesnt quite fit into the boxes/answers Spareroom wants me to detail - so bear with me).

We want to create a living community. If you’re just looking to lay low in your room/be out all the time, and only share with people to save money, this probably isn’t the crew or home for you. But if you’re someone who’s actively excited to live with people you want to connect with meaningfully; share dinners together; host occasional epic parties; keep the place beautiful and look after our home; and you like sharing your communal space, then this could be the place for you.

We are currently looking for the house and while we search we're also looking for more people to join our community - if your at all interested then please reach out. As I say - we dont have house details yet but this is what we're looking for; 5+ bedrooms, min 2 bathrooms, garden, east london (Hackney), large living dinning kitchen space for saring fun, chat, food and friends in. some of the detailin this 'ad' is not accurate because its still TBC, but it is a guide to what our house, costs/location will hopefully be.

Emotional intelligence is really important to us. We want to live with people who are comfortable communicating their needs, wants and boundaries. We’ve found it’s a really important aspect of having a home and community, which stays healthy and remains a cozy, safe place to share. Intention is key.
