Double room in 2 bed flat in Hackney

Hiya!

I've moved out of my lovely 2 bed flat in Bethnal Green/Cambridge Heath and looking for someone to take over my room. It's available from now but looking for someone to be on the contract by 1st Feb ideally (some flex is possible).

It's £1,100 for the room plus bills which are roughly £165 and there is a deposit of £1,442.31.

The flat is super modern and has a huge balcony, also comes with a washing machine, dishwasher and the living room furniture. The room can come furnished or unfurnished with a bed and mattress the landlord is flexible!

The flat is really well connected with Bethnal Green tube about a 10 minute walk away and Cambridge Heath overground about 5. Plus it's only a 5-10 minute walk to Victoria Park and Broadway Market so a great area!

You'd be living with Ben, a 30 year old data engineer. There's a bit more about Ben below:

⚽️ active - Big fan of keeping active! Love watching and playing sport (rugby, tennis, F1, squash, surfing when I can haha). Equally not an active nut - I would never do a hyrox

🍺 social - Love a social night at the pub, very partial to a gig. Equally a laid back person who enjoys a night in! Not scared of a movie marathon/series binge in the slightest.

🏄🏼‍♂️ hobbies - love to travel. Still in the process of exploring bits of London. Otherwise I love cinema (horror movies are a yes), reading, board games, cooking (got a mean carbonara and Sunday roast up my sleeve)

Similar interests are a bonus, but so long as you’re friendly and easygoing (and clean!) we’ll get along just fine. Having a housemate as a friend and making it a home is a big deal too.
