It's an amazing flat about 5 min walk to Hackney Central overground station, 13 min to Dalston Junction, 10 min to Broadway Market and London Fields and tons of buses to get into Shoreditch/across London.
New lease will begin from 25 Feb 2026, and the landlord requires referencing to be completed before move in. Rent is £1,125.00 plus bills. I am just confirming amount for deposit with the landlord.
Looking for a clean and respectful professional - there is space in the room for WFH, I myself wfh half the week when I'm not in the office.
