Sunny double in heart of Clapton

I am moving out of this lovely double room. The two current housemates are 34 and 43 years young and love living in Clapton. They make the most of the area exploring markets, finding new fave places to eat and drink, cook, drink wine and spend time chilling with Netflix and a Deliveroo! We are looking for a likeminded person who is respectful, clean and fun loving.

The House
We occupy the ground and basement floor of a light and airy terraced house with sole use of a lovely garden perfect for BBQ's in summer and fire pits on chillier autumn evenings. The house has been renovated to a modern standard and we have been living here for 6 years. It consists of three double bedrooms, a lovely spacious lounge with a big bay window, two bathrooms and a large modern kitchen with dining space opening up to the garden. The kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher. The flat is over two levels so feels spacious. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and bathroom on the lower ground (one of which is up for grabs).

The Room
A gorgeous big bright double at the front of the house with a lush bay window! It is on the lower ground level and is a lovely light and spacious room.
Comes with a wardrobe and bed.

Location
Clapton is the best and the house has a great location. It is situated on a no through road, meaning it is dead quiet, with Yard Sale Pizza, shops and pubs literally at the end of the street! Chatsworth road is to the left (5min walk), Hackney Central to the right. Hackney Central overground is about a 10 minute walk away with Hackney Downs overground about an extra 2 mins! Homerton overground is also close and heaps of buses. You are truly spoilt for choice with an abundance of shops, east end boozers, bars, places to eat, markets and heaps of cool stuff, it's the place to be! On street residence parking is available.

You
Looking for a professional male or female between 28 to 45 years young! You must be tidy and respectful, used to living in a house share and chilled. We are looking for someone who wants to call a place home and enjoy the area and house.

The landlord will carry out reference/credit checks.

Bills are roughly £120 at present, (but does vary with heating etc.) You will be required to sign a new contract with the remaining tenants.

Move in date is 11th March.
