Large Room W/ Tv, Sofa and Desk Space for Sublet

Hi there,

I am subletting my room for June and July. And can be flexible on longer if desired.

The room is a beautiful large room at the top of the house. You'll have your own television, sofa space in the room, and a juliette balcony. The room has great light as there are two skylights in the room. There is a desk in the room which is ideal if you need to WFH.

We have one main bathroom in the house, but there is another smaller bathroom which is on the same floor as the room, so you have almost exclusive access to this small bathroom.

The house is 5 mins from Homerton station, and 5 mins from Chatsworth Road. We're super close to the marshes, Hackney Community Sauna too!

You'd be living with 2 other girls and 1 other male. All between 30-33. We're a friendly bunch, and will often sit and watch TV together downstairs.

I can be flexible on the dates and duration. The rent of the room is £985, excl. bills
