Description
about the flat:
The flat is on the second floor in a really nice area with lots of nice cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. it’s a 10 min walk to hackney central and about a 12 min walk to hackney downs.
There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. it will be as it is in the pictures, but the person who moves in is very welcome to add to the decoration etc. to make it your home together with Roberta, who will be the flatmate.
There is a communal garden which we share with 3 other flats in the building. it is currently not really well looked after, but very welcome if someone would be interested in making something of it and tidying it up a bit. Bills are about 100 - 150.
the room:
The room that will become available is the one in the attic. it is the bigger room as shown in the pics. It’s currently not really decorated at all, but the room definitely has potential.
The room will be without furniture, but if desired we can keep the mattresses, beanbag, big table, small white table and clothes hanger in there.
about your housemate:
Roberta is originally from brazil and is 32 years old. she is currently in her last year of uni studying business and marketing, and she is also working part time in a cafe close by.
Robby has made this place a home for herself and has the talent to make everyone feel at home very easily. She loves to cook and also loves to share food from her country, so whoever moves in will definitely benefit from that :) She is currently also training for the hackney half. She likes to hang out from time to time in the livingroom, have friends over or go for a drink together.
Robby has a cat (Zozo). Zozo is a shy indoor cat but with lots of patience she might get cuddly from time to time — but definitely only on her own terms. A big plus would be if the person moving in loves cats as well.
about me:
I am Michael. i have been living in the flat for almost 1 year and it is definitely a place where you can feel at home. i am going travelling and will be leaving London, so i’m looking for someone to take over my contract from the 29th of march.
The date can be slightly flexible to shift it a couple of days earlier, but the 29th will definitely be the latest move-in date. I have been living in the attic room that will become free.
about you:
We are looking for a female professional who wants to make this a home. Someone who is looking for a social flatshare rather than a purely functional one.
Someone who can move in on the 29th of march.
There will be a referencing process through the agency and they will ask for a minimum annual income of 28k. Prior to the move-in date you will need to pay the deposit (about 1k) and the first month of rent.
