Two rooms in large Homerton home with garden

Hello!

We’re looking for two housemates to complete our cosy Homerton home.
The rooms will be available from 1st March with viewings from next week (16/2).

Room 1 is a huge double room on the uppermost floor with large windows, wooden floors and a high ceiling so expect lots of light in the daytime especially in the afternoon.
Room 2 is a double room on the ground floor, with the same parquet floor as the living room with a window that faces our garden.

We're lucky to have a house that comes with:
- a garden (including a fire pit!)
- two bathrooms (both with a shower and toilet, one with a bathtub)
- a large kitchen and dining area
- a separate living room
- a front porch with a bench

The house is owned by a private landlord who is very responsive so no agency.

We’re well connected - a 7 minute walk from Homerton Overground, and round the corner from Chatsworth Road; close to lots of green spaces with Victoria Park, Millfields Park and the Marshes.

They'll be four of us altogether: Judd (he/him) who currently lives here and Lara (she/her) who'll be moving in in March as well.
Judd, 32, works in hospitality and Lara, 28, works in teaching/arts administration/theatre.

We’re a queer household and value being respectful of the space we share. We're looking to build this as a home for everyone: the house has lent itself to many communal evenings and breakfasts together and hope to continue the warmth with dinners, wine, and the occasional sweaty dance or two.
We, of course, value our time separately and above all want this to be a home that is comfortable for all four of us.
