Large room with en-suite in Hackney 3 bed

Hi all

I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my contract (which renews in July). Ideally the person taking over my room would be female / NB , working professional 30s / 40s, sociable, tidy etc - current housemates are Caz (45) and George (34)
Room is £920 + bills roughly £150 pm and deposit is £833.33
The room is large with a built-in wardrobe and obviously the en-suite for the price is great. Theres also a large garage where you can leave your stuff, off-street parking in our quiet close, large shared kitchen and sitting room, back garden and its council tax band E. Flat is fully furnished except for this bedroom but the bed and desk are new and for sale (unless you want to buy and carry one up 2 sets of stairs ;)

You’ll be living between Dalston, Stoke Newington and Clapton; bars, coffee shops, great transport links all nearby. It’s a social, respectful home, not a party house if that’s what you’re looking for but friends and family are always welcome.

You’d be taking over the contract from April 1st (please only reply to this ad if you’re ok to pay from then because I’ll be gone!) The current housemates are going to do viewings, ideally first week of March, priority for those who are eager
