Hi future flatmate !

A double room is available in our three-bedroom flat. We are looking for a sociable housemate to move-in in March (15th earliest - 30th latest).

Spacious room, bed is not included. You are away from shared areas which allow for peace and quiet.
You'll be sharing the bathroom with only one person (Mitch), as the flat has two.
Huge kitchen & living room.

Rent includes all utilities, council tax, Fibre Internet & cleaner.

Perfectly located between Hackney and Dalston , plentiful neighborhood for cute cafés, bakeries, restaurants and pubs. We are next to Hackney Downs park which is a great outdoor space on a sunny day.

Closest tube stations: Hackney Downs (6min), Hackney Central (12min), Dalston Kingsland (15min).

You'll be living with...
Mitch - Australian barista, smuggling baked goods from work.
Léa - works with trains. Thinks about cheese 24/7. Frenchie with a passion for rugby.

Friendly, we sometimes go to the pub, watch tv together or organise diners/parties in the flat.
We're looking for someone who is social that is also respectful of communal spaces.

Viewings will start from 12th of March.
