Double Room in Hackney House

Hello,

We are looking for someone to join our house for short (~2 months) or long-term.

The room is spacious double room with a window overlooking the garden, a built-in wardrobe and a desk. You will be sharing a bathroom with Julia and Tanya. There is a spacious living room, kitchen with all equipments (including huge fridge, air fryer and BREAD MACHINE). And a big garden to enjoy summer (paddling pool & bbq included).

About us:

Tanya: provider of little cute items, loves swimming and nine inch nails.

Colin: funny and outgoing Irish man, plays volleyball and tennis professional [or trying :) ]

Julia: enjoys dancing and playing the flute, and gets excited with new leafs in house plants.

We all get along well, know our neighbours and throw the occasional dinner party. Aspiring hikers, and obsessed with our three-legged street cat Tripod.

Rent would be 950 with bills and cleaner (every two weeks) included, as well as the house-shop for toilet paper etc. The room is available from end of April/beginning of May, and we sign a contract directly with the landlord.

We’re looking for someone that will fit with the house vibe (is nice), respectful of everyone’s spaces and enjoys living and contributing to a clean house.
