£1,375/month + ~£210/month bills | Available mid-June 2026

Looking for the right person to join me in my beautiful, modern 2 bed / 2 bath flat in East London - a mix of cosy sanctuary, creative space, and occasional pre-drinks spot 🍸

Location:
Right by Cambridge Heath overground station (E2) 10 min walk to Bethnal Green tube + walking distance to London Fields, Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and Shoreditch.

The Room

Spacious ensuite double room (your own shower + toilet )

Fully furnished: double bed (very comfy mattress that I own which is just a couple years old), wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables

Bright, clean, and private - ideal if you want your own space within a shared flat

There is also private bike parking behind the building, small shared green spaces, and a lift in the building

The Flat

This isn’t just a rental - it’s a home. My friend is moving out after living together for 3 years, to move in with her boyfriend… so I’m really looking for someone who is a bit home proud and excited to move in somewhere cool.

We’ve got:
Deep green velvet sofa
Neon lights + cool, slightly chaotic (in a good way) artwork
A growing jungle of monsteras & plants
Projector + screen for movie nights /being hungover
Balcony with table + chairs for morning coffee or summer wine
Fully stocked kitchen with a borderline ridiculous cocktail glassware collection (martinis, coupes, you name it)
Nespresso vertuo + milk frother, air fryer, Ninja blender, the list goes on and I love to cook for people! - happy to share it all if handled with care 💖
Record collection (LARGE)
Shared hallway storage (coat wardrobe + shoe rack)
Monthly cleaner included

Costs / Term
Rent: £1,375/month
Bills: ~£210/month (council tax, internet, water, electricity, cleaner)
Term: Ideally looking for somewhere for at least 6 months, but you would be able to give 60 days notice at any point – I plan to stay here until at least November 2027 as of now

About Me
I’m Autumn - I work in Digital Media full-time doing finance & strategy, and also run my own strategy consultancy. I’m 32 years old, and have lived in the UK for 5 gorgeous, Guinness-filled years.

My routine:
Working from home / coffee shops / my gym 5 days a week
Being out and about in London a couple nights per week
Travelling quite a bit (I’m American, so back and forth often for weeks at a time and also love a surf holiday… and traveling in general)

Lifestyle-wise:
Love wellness / music / gym / good food / travel / going to gigs / a dirty aahhhhhh martini & great company
Also still in my occasional rave/party era (1-2x a month, nothing too wild but you could persuade me lol)
Big fan of making the flat feel like a vibe and it usually smells amazing bc I have a candle / incense obsession (I love good hospitality and love being cozy!!)
Keep things clean and organised but not intense about it
Very considerate of my housemates and I would expect the same 💖

Who I’m Looking For

This is really more about fit for me, not just filling a room:
Ideally female or gay male, aged ~27–35 (but I could be persuaded on a straight man if it feels right!)
Has a stable job (and must be earning £50K+ or the agency won’t approve you (sorry))
Clean, respectful, and contributes to keeping the space nice / taking care of the household items I’m sharing <3
Social, fun, and has their own life/friends in London too
Chilled attitude, optimistic, kind
4/20 friendly
Good sense of humour
****Not looking for someone with a partner over multiple times a week on a regular basis****
(but totally fine with hosting dates/mates/family occasionally overnight!!)

The Vibe
I want this to feel like:
A calm, aesthetic home during the week
Occasionally a cute pre-drinks / dinner spot
A space where we get along, chat, have a chinwag over some wine, but also fully respect each other’s independence (of course, in the likely event we get along well… sky’s the limit!)
