I’m looking for a new housemate to share my home in Clapton (E5).

The Space:
The room is a comfortable furnished double (open for you to bring own furniture if needed), single person or couples . The vibe here is very much "home" rather than "flatshare"—you’ll have full access to the entire house and its amenities.

The flat spreads across 2 floors and includes:

- separate kitchen
- separate living room + balcony
- 2 Toilets
- 1 bathroom

Furnishings: Comes with the essentials, but you are more than welcome to decorate and make it your own.

The Vibe & Housemate
You’ll be sharing with Gordon. He's looking for someone—ideally another gay guy, perhaps someone a bit more established/older—who appreciates a calm, tidy, and respectful environment.

This isn't a party house; it’s a chilled sanctuary. We currently enjoy:

Film nights in the lounge.
Breaking out the board games.

Having a chat over a drink, while totally respecting each other’s boundaries and need for downtime.

The Location & Commute
If you work near Liverpool Street, you’re in luck—the commute from Clapton is incredibly straightforward and quick.

When you aren’t working, you’re surrounded by the best of E5:

Greenery: A short stroll to the marshes and local parks for some headspace.

Social Life: We are spoiled for choice with independent cafes, brunch spots, and great local bars just around the corner.
