Double room available in June - Victoria Park

I’m looking for a new flatmate to share my flat with, as my current flatmate is moving into a studio and I’m now looking for someone to take the room.

I moved into the flat around a year ago and it has been a really great experience so far. The landlord is very responsive and attentive with any maintenance issues, and the flat is in very good condition overall. Everything works perfectly, fast internet, good heating, hot shower, washing machine, fridge, and all the usual appliances.

I’m looking for a young professional who is friendly, respectful, clean, and easy to live with. Ideally someone sociable but also considerate of personal space, who enjoys a calm and positive atmosphere at home. It would be great to find someone who sees the flat as a home rather than just a place to sleep.

A bit about me: I’m originally from Spain, grew up between Belgium and Italy, and I’ve been living in the UK for the past 10 years. I work in accounting for a startup company and have a pretty active lifestyle socially and with sports. I usually work 2 days from home and 3 days from the office. During weekends, I’m often out with friends, exploring London, travelling, or doing sports activities whenever I can.
