Nice double room in Hackney Downs, near to Dalston, Clapton, Central, Stoke Newington - well connected and just over the road from Hackney Downs park!
Looking for a house mate from the start of June to take over a nice and light double room.
I'm 40, M, pretty quiet and like a peaceful home - hopefully you do as well. I work in music, into music, art, reading, cycling, cinema (got a mubi go innit), mooching about, food, all the good stuff.
Hopefully we'll align on those fronts, or at least have respect for each other's tastes.
Ideally i'd prefer someone who doesn't WFH every day or is plonked in the front room 24/7. The front room and flat is quite spacious, but it can become quite small if occupied all the time - the flat is nice when there's a bit of shared space in it.

(Bills are roughly £150 a month, £1086 all in. The housing association (Clarion) will do an affordability check, so you'll need to be earning over £32,000.)
