Rooms for rent in Lower Clapton

Hi all

Sadly my housemates Isabella and Arthur are moving out at the end of June so I’m looking for someone to take their rooms from the end of June.

The first room available from end of June is smallish but cozy with a double bed and private bathroom. The rent would be £750 per month not including bills. There will be a bed and mattress in this room.

The second room available from the end of June is a large double with plenty of room for a desk and a plenty of storage space. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person (Hannah). The rent would be £775 per month not including bills. There will be a bed frame and 2 clothing rails but these can be removed if needed.

The flat is in lower Clapton with a really spacious living area and kitchen and a small deck where we occasionally have dinner/bbqs.

We are a sociable house, we currently have dinner together a couple of times a week and would be nice to continue this. We like to host dinner parties occasionally, go to the pub or out to comedy together. We also have our own stuff going on and have time to ourselves sometimes and are definitely not a party house! We like to keep the house pretty clean and tidy so would like someone who feels the same. We have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and does the common areas and bathrooms. You would be living with me, Hannah (they/them). I work in a charity and enjoy seeing friends, being crafty and baking.
