Looking for a flatmate in Hackney Downs

I’m moving out of this gorgeous modern flat share after nearly 3 years leaving India and Muireann in search of a chilled, fun new flatmate and friend!

Have loved living in the centre of Hackney (literally 5 mins walk to both Hackney Central and Hackney Downs Overground stations), couldn’t be more practically located and will be sad to leave but this leaves one cosy room available for rent with good storage and a shared living space, balcony, and bathroom. Easy access to the City, Highbury, and beyond with the Mildmay and Weaver lines nearby.

The girls would prefer a female housemate to fill the room and are keen to meet interested people to show you around and discuss it. They like to keep the place nice so clean and tidy is a must. The flat has been let by various iterations of our friendship group for over 5 years and they would love to move in somebody who’s keen to hangout and become a pal too!

The space also comes with a small but functional gym included in the price, and a More Yoga studio in the building, as well as a convenience store downstairs, Post Office across the road, and Hackney Downs park a 5-min walk away.
