Hello! We’re looking for a lovely person to take our large first floor room in the centre of Hackney. Looking for someone male, as we’d like to keep the balance in the house the same!

You’ll be living with Conor, a 30-year-old Irish professional with a love for music, a tipple of wine/pints and for having a laugh; Lorenzo, a 28-year-old freelance visual researcher and writer who loves to go to bootsales, collect books, and clothes; Eloise, a 27-year-old from Australia, working in charity sector, who enjoys a wine in the sun & a trip to bakery for sweet treat; and Cat, a 26-year-old British-Australian girl who loves gigs, outdoors activity and a good dinner night.

We're an easy going household who are happy to catch up and share a drink with each other when we have the time, but also the house is large enough that we can enjoy our own space and privacy also.

The house is located just a stone’s throw from Hackney Central and is a 5 minute walk from Hackney Downs, plus many bus routes to central London, Victoria and King’s Cross right on the doorstep.

The neighbourhood features plenty of supermarkets (M&S, big Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Coop, Lidl), pubs, music venues and restaurants. Also super close to London Fields/Broadway Market and a 10-minute cycle to Victoria Park.

Bills are about £50 per month on top of the rent. They include gas, water, electricity, council tax (Band D) and internet (wi-fi).

Move in date will be as soon as you possibly can, candidates who can move in asap will be preferred.

The room is a large double, with large window and lots of space for additional furnishings. It is also at the back of the house, so quiet and away from the main road. Same floor as shared bathroom with filtered power shower!

It partially furnished - a bed and its comfortable mattress (only 3 months of use). Desk, clothing rail, chest of drawers and beanbag are currently up for sale so will either be available to you for purchase if you wish, or they can be gone by the time you arrive.

The house boasts a spacious living room, a modern-fitted kitchen with washing machine, and dishwasher, two bathrooms, and a south facing garden for the warmer months.
