A sunny, clean and cosy home - large double room!

We are a young couple in our mid 20s who currently occupy one room in this 2 bed flat. Ben (26) works as a product designer, and Amalie (22) works in fashion design! We are organised, tidy and love creating cosy atmosphere! We often host dinners with our friends and would love for someone who enjoys this too! We're hoping for someone who enjoys socialising, cooking, chatting and spontaneous coffee (or pub!!) plans :))
Both rooms in the flat are large, the flat has a decent sized lounger / kitchen space with bright windows onto a Juliet balcony. there is a large shared bathroom and ample storage space in the eaves. The flat is positioned less than 1 minute from Hackney Central overground (7 mins to Stratford and the same to Highbury and Islington), a couple of minutes walk to Hackney Downs which takes you to Liverpool Street in under 10 mins as well. The property is extremely well connected, being a 10 min walk to Broadway market and the canal, as well as a 15 min walk from Victoria park which takes you over to Hackney Wick.
There are lots of shops in close walking distance from the flat - Tesco, M&S, Iceland and Sainsburys all being a 2 minute walk away, as well as Lidl a 10 min walk from the flat.
