Hi, I’m Sav! My housemates and I have a lovely, bright room available in our spacious 4-bedroom flat, and we are looking for a friendly female flatmate to join us! N. B. The location of the flat is a walk away from what’s displayed- for privacy reasons x

🏠 About the Flat:
Our flat is in a great Hackney area with restaurants, bars and cafes on our doorstep. In terms of us- our home is a peaceful place to relax and unwind after a busy day. It’s clean, tidy, and we have a great communal living area where we can catch up, while still respecting each other's downtime and personal space. Definitely not a party flat, more of a dinner and a glass of wine type of space :)

🛏️ The Room:
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and mattress with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows letting in loads of light. There’s also a bathroom to share amongst 3 and a spare loo as well.

🙋‍♀️ Who We Are:
You’ll be sharing with three other friendly ladies, a graphic designer, teacher and a nurse. Nic works between home and the office and Eva and I tend to work away from the flat.

✨ What We Are Looking For:
We are ideally searching for a female long-term renter who values a quiet, harmonious, and respectful home environment. If you’re clean, considerate, and looking for a place that truly feels like 'home' rather than just a place to sleep, you’d be a perfect fit! Also ideally someone who has flexibility in terms of working from home so we can keep the living room as a place to relax for all xx

📍 The Location:
We are located in a fantastic, well-connected area with amazing transport links with Hackney Central and London Fields overground a short walk away and loads of bus routes connecting to central London.

💰 The Costs:
* Rent: approx £960 pcm (waiting on confirmation from the landlord
* Bills: approx £100 pcm
* Deposit: approx 1 months rent
* Move-in date: 4th August 2026
