Double Room in 2 Person Flatshare in Haggerston

Hi! Advertising a double room in a 2-bedroom flatshare in Haggerston, only a 5min walk from the Overground station. The room comes unfurnished, has it's own en-suite bathroom, and the rest of the (furnished) flat consists of a lounge, kitchen, and balcony. The flat is right next to Regent's Canal, offering a lovely 10min walk to Broadway Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, and plenty of pubs, bars, and restaurants in a nice and vibrant area.

The room is available from 1st September (move-in date is flexible), and you'd be sharing with myself, the current tenant. I'm looking for a housemate who is clean and tidy and will keep the flat in the same state, reliable with paying rent and bills on time, respectful of shared space but also open to socialising on occasion. Ideally a working professional who will treat the flat as a home rather than a hotel, and predominantly working from an office (a few days WFH are no problem at all) so the flat stays calm and settled during the week.

A bit about myself: my name is Guido, I'm a 34 y/o British/Italian professor, have lived in the flat for just over a year, and love the area! I enjoy sports, travelling and adventures (hiking, camping, skiing, surfing, etc), exploring nearby pubs/restaurants, and socialising with people (happy to catch up over a glass of wine or cook dinner together now and then) while also keeping some time to myself.
