The new flatmate will be joining two boys who currently live at the property, Jack & Cian:

- Jack (29) has lived at the flat for 4 years, working full time in Insurance. Jack is an avid football fan who loves Arsenal, cricket and sports in general. He's DJ'd at the famous Howl at the Moon pub which is near our flat in the past. He also loves going for a pint with his mates on the weekend.

- Cian (28) moved into the flat last year from Ireland, and is a talented musician who loves the guitar and music production. He's a big rugby fan who started his own Tag Rugby team and likes movies, theatre and general arts. He also likes hanging out on the weekend with his friends, or getting up to creative musical efforts in his spare time.

Jack and Cian are both easy going, friendly people who both love hanging out as a friendly flat while also having their own hobbies, friends and respect for someone's else's time and space.

Please note that the flat is on the 11-floor with access to lifts and stairs (if necessary). All viewings will be conducted by Jack and Cian, who will show you the flat and answer any questions, queries you might have!
