My partner and I are looking to fill the double ensuite room in our Hackney Central apartment, beginning September.
👯 About us: Early 30s, arty, queer/friendly. One of us is an actor and children's nursery practitioner, and the other works in human rights. We're both into live music, films, and books. We cook vegetarian, and keep the common space tidy and low-key.
📝 Apply if you are: In your late twenties/early to mid-thirties, looking for something long-term and happy to be named on the lease, and want to make the house a home. We'd love if you're into any kind of arty thing. Bonus if you're good with plants and food!
📍Location: Hackney Central (5 mins from both overgrounds).
🌇 Apartment itself is cozy with an open-plan living area (740 sqft), with good morning/afternoon light, triple-glazed so very warm in Winter. We are keen to decorate more and welcome your own trinkets/eye for design.
Amenities include free access to a small building gym, Off Licenses and Supermarkets, local yoga studio, cafés and pubs. Bills incl. council tax are about £100 on top of the rent.
