Big room in friendly Lower Clapton houseshare

Hello! I am moving out of my lovely house share in Lower Clapton and looking for someone to take my room - available from 17 August. The room is huge and only £970/month which is great value for the area! Bills are around £100/month (Council tax, gas, electric, water and Wifi) and the house is council tax band D. The room comes unfurnished and can be available from 17 August - we are ideally looking for someone who can take it over before the start of September.

Housemates - You’ll be living with 3 very lovely women in their early-mid thirties - Tess, Manu and Ruby. Tess is a pattern cutter at a fashion house and is very into Yoga and (very good) cooking, Manu is a musician and likes to play football, she’s also currently learning Japanese! Ruby is an Artist and is a very proficient wine connoisseur (the wine rack is never empty…). The house is a friendly and kind environment - we all know and care about what’s going on in each other’s lives, and will chat and share drinks when we’re in together. We all also have independent lives and are often in and out of the house!

The House - The house is beautiful 4 bed Victorian terrace nestled on a quiet residential street off Homerton High Street. The house is kept and decorated beautifully with lots of lamps, plants and mid century furniture. The room available is the biggest in the house and is very light and roomy (which you can see in the pictures!). I’ve really liked this room and it has loads of space for my (many many) possessions! We also have a garden which catches the sun, with the occasional cat paying us a visit! The house is very considerate, with everyone taking care to keep the space a clean and nice environment to live! 

The Area - The house is right in the heart of Lower Clapton nestled on a quiet residential street halfway between Chatsworth Road and the Lea River Canal and Hackney Marshes (about 6 min walk each way). This means there are loads of shops, cafes and pubs on your doorstep as well as easy access to some beautiful nature. The place is about a 10 min walk from Homerton station and there are busses to Stratford, London fields and Finsbury Park at the bottom of the road.
