✨1 month sublet - Double room available in Hackney

Lovely double room available in Stoke Newington/Clapton for 4 weeks from 20th September.

Our main house tenancy runs until 21st October, but I need to move out a little earlier, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room for the final month of the tenancy. This is a short-term, 4-5 week sublet only.

📅 Dates: 20th September – 20th October
There may be some flexibility on the move-in date if needed, for the same overall price.

💷 Rent + all bills: £950 for the month (open to a little negotiation)

The room will come furnished with a bed and wardrobe/closet - everything else currently in the room will be removed, so you’ll have plenty of space for your things.

📍 Location
The house is in a great spot between Stoke Newington and Clapton, with:
8-minute walk to Clapton and Rectory Road Overground stations
Great bus connections, including a bus stop right outside with buses towards Finsbury Park
Lots of parks nearby
Plenty of great pubs, restaurants and independent cafés
Stoke Newington Church Street is around a 10-minute walk away

🏡 The House
The house has a lovely living room, decent-sized kitchen and a nice garden, with two bathrooms + an extra WC shared between the four housemates.

👯‍♀️ The Flatmates
You’d be living with three lovely, friendly girls aged 23–32. We enjoy having a bit of company at home but also like giving each other space. We’re into things like yoga, going to the gym, cooking, and watching a good TV show together.

We’re looking for someone who is chilled, tidy, respectful and friendly and who would be happy living in a relaxed, sociable house for the month :)
