Short Term Sept-October Bright En-suite Double

I’m looking for a trustworthy, friendly, respectful and clean woman to rent my bright, spacious double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom for 1 month and 2 weeks from the early September till mid October.
Available September 4th - October 18th (no extension possible).
I’m flexible with the exact dates, so there is some room to work around your schedule.

The room:
• Double bed
• Private en-suite bathroom
• Very bright and spacious
• Fully furnished

The rental:
• £1180 per month (All bills included: Council tax, electricity, water, internet)
• Available from early September for 1 month and 2 weeks (From Sept 4th till October 18th (no extension possible).
• Flexible dates
• Rent paid directly to me in advance (it includes bills)
• Women preferred (professional or student)
• Ideally suited to someone looking for a peaceful, clean and comfortable temporary home

The Flat:
The flat is located in Clapton, Hackney, in a nice and safe area in a small private building. It is modern, with an open space living room/kitchen, bright and well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay (oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and washing machine).

Neighbourhood:
The neighbourhood has great community feel and everything you need just minutes away. The closest park is only a 5-minute walk, perfect for relaxing or going for a run. There are also plenty of off-licence shops, organic stores, supermarkets, and amazing restaurants nearby.

Commuting:
Hackney Central, Hackney Downs and Clapton station are just a 12-minute walk away, and there are also many bus connections that take you easily into Central London.

Other flatmates:
You would be sharing the flat with 2 friendly, professional women.
It is a calm and respectful home rather than a party flat, so I’m looking for someone who is clean and considerate of other tenants and shared spaces.
