Cozy room in shared house with terrace in Hackney

I am subletting my room in our lovely shared house in Hackney (10 min walking distance from London fields and Dalston Junction station) from August 22 to October 2. The room is furnished and bills are included in the price. You would be living with my two housemates, a boy and a girl, both 30y Italian and working professionals. We are looking for someone social that is interested in spending time together while at the same time values each other privacy.
