We have a double room available in our flat, right next to Hackney Central station. We're moving in soon and looking for a couple or an individual to join us.

The Room

A spacious lower ground floor double, roughly 5m x 5m, with a generously sized walk-in wardrobe/storage area on top of that. The room is unfurnished.

We've signed the lease and there's the option to be added onto it for a small fee.

The House

A great-sized split-level home a few minutes' walk from Hackney Central, in a brilliant location close to London Fields, Hackney Downs, supermarkets, shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The property has four double bedrooms across two floors, two bathrooms (one per floor), a large open-plan kitchen and living room, and a big private garden. The house comes with a fridge, washing machine, dryer, and central heating.

Unfurnished throughout, we're looking forward to making it a proper home.

The People

You'll be living with four others, three guys and one girl, all Australian, aged 26 to 28, and about a year into London life. Backgrounds in media, HR, and design. We all work Monday to Friday with hybrid setups.

We're social and love to host, think picnics, drinks, walks, gigs, dinners, galleries, but we equally value our own space and a good balance. We're tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and keen to do up the garden.

We're looking for someone friendly and considerate, around a similar age, who keeps a tidy space and wants to be part of the house.
