The room is on the lower ground floor, very spacious and gets great natural light, roughly 5m x 5m not including the walk in wardrobe/storage space, which is generously sized on its own. 

We're after a couple, but happy to adjust the arrangement and rent if an individual is interested.

Available from the 9th of September.

We are just about to sign the lease, but there's the option to be added onto it after for a small fee. As we're all moving in on the 9th, we won't be able to show the property in person before then, but we have photos and videos to share, and can talk you through it when we meet. We can also send more photos/videos via messenger/whatsapp. 

The House

A great size split level home just a few minutes' walk from Hackney Central station, in an amazing location close to London Fields, Hackney Downs, supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants.
The property is arranged over two floors: two double bedrooms on the ground floor and two double bedrooms on the lower ground floor, with two bathrooms in total, one on each floor. There's a great size open plan kitchen/living room, plus a big private garden for outdoor space.
The house is unfurnished, and we'll be looking for some cute furniture to make it a home. It comes with a fridge, washing machine, dryer and central heating.

The People

You'll be living with 4 other people, all aged between 26 and 28. We come from backgrounds in HR, media and design, and all work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5:30, with hybrid setups. We're all Australian and have been living in London for just over a year now.

We're social and love to host, think picnics, drinks, walks, hikes, gigs, dinners, galleries and movies, but we also value our own space and balance. We're tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and excited to do up the garden and make the most of the outdoor area.

We're looking for friendly, considerate housemates who'd love to be part of the house and make it their home. People around a similar age, who keeps a tidy space, contributes to the house, and is respectful of others.
