Double Room in Huge 2 Bed - Homerton 🌞

Hi lovely people! My names Izzy - I’ve signed the lease on huge duplex 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with a small outdoor space on a really pretty street in Homerton. It’s around 900 sqft and has been rented unfurnished but I will be furnishing it fully.

The flat is close to Hackney Downs and Millfields Park and a 7 minute walk from Homerton overground station.

I’m looking for a someone to take the second room and join me on the lease starting in early October. The room is £1175 pcm (excluding bills). It has its own sink/bathroom area (no shower) is spacious and bright and can come partly furnished or completely unfurnished.

About me: I’m 23 and working as a manager of a property agency in South Ldn, I’m very queer, sporty and highly social. I play rugby twice a week, work full time out of the house and often spend time at my partners flat in Poplar or we spend time together in my flat. I’m a tidy person and like a clean living space but not in an extremist way. As much as I love spending time out the house, I also love the feeling of a flat being a real home, so coming home to a friend rather than just a housemate is important for me. I love a night in on the sofa with wine and a movie or hosting a dinner party with friends so would be great to live with someone who doesn’t mind being a part of this occasionally!

I viewed the apartment in person and it lived up to every expectation I had, however due to the current tenants only leaving at the end of September, sadly it’s not available to view in person, only by the videos I took and advertised photos/floor plan. I’m in the process of trying to get a better video from the agents.
