The House

A really lovely, unusually spacious 3-bedroom house tucked just off Chatsworth Road.

The house is spread across three floors, so there’s loads of space and a good sense of privacy. It’s been recently renovated to a modern standard while still retaining plenty of character, and has:

* Spacious living room
* Modern kitchen
* Two bathrooms
* Large front and back gardens
* Three floors with plenty of communal and private space

It’s a great house for sharing without ever feeling cramped. Chatsworth Road is just around the corner, with all the cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops of the area within easy reach.

The Housemates

You’d be living with Haider, a luxury menswear consultant, and Oliver, a technician.

They’re both incredibly nice, down-to-earth guys and genuinely a pleasure to live with. It’s a relaxed, friendly house where everyone gets on well, but there’s also plenty of space to do your own thing.

I’ve lived here really happily and the only reason I’m leaving is that I’m moving in with my partner. We’re ready to fly the nest and take the next step in our journey together, so it’s a slightly bittersweet move!

We’re therefore looking for someone who will be a good fit for the house and who’ll enjoy living with two great guys in a really spacious home.
