Reduced room in exchange for some childcare

Hello
We are looking for a female lodger who is calm and respectful and would like to rent our guest room in exchange for some childcare duties for our two children . They are 5 and 7 .
It would be for one evening a week bringing them to bed and then being at home while we are out and then another night once a month a night where we can have a lie in the next morning for an extra two hours . This is roughly 12/14 hours a month. The days would be pre discussed and can be moved , or we’d be happy to reduce rent further if more hours are needed ( and if the lodger has capacity )
This would Suit someone with a 9-5 job or studying and happy to be at home watching tv one Saturday per month so we can have a grown up parents night out . :)

We also have two cuddly cats and a baby tortoise for company.

We are 3 min walk from Hackney downs park and close to Hackney downs station
Ca 8-10 min walk .

Our ideal person would be respectful of our house , happy to play and look after the children on her days and communicate if there are clashes of interest when she can not do the agreed days as we rely on her for a bit of time off .
We are a very social family and often have friends over especially for the children so the house can be quite lively at times , your room would be at the top of the house so away from the noise .
The children are very sweet and we include all our guests into the family .
