Double room in a bright, spacious house

Hey hey!

We are looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely 2 bed 1 bath maisonette right across from Hackney Downs station.

It is very well connected with the Overground at your doorstep, and Liverpool St about 10 min ride away. The neighborhood itself is perfect, situated between London Fields, Dalston, and Hackney Downs park - there is something for every mood / occasion! Our house is in a little gated courtyard, which is quite nice as you start to recognize neighbors and they are all really friendly.

You’ll be living with my lovely flatmate Emily. Over the past 1.5 years we’ve had a really nice social atmosphere - we love to cook together when schedules align, have tv/movie nights, and venture out of the flat as well. But of course we also respect each others alone time and space :)

Emily works in the office, so if you work from home you have the flat to yourself for most of the day.

The room is big, with lots of natural light. It is unfurnished (bed and desk available to buy) and has its own closet in the hallway. Our house is incredibly spacious for London with a living room and eat-in kitchen, back garden, and big shared storage spaces downstairs for bikes / suitcases / what have you.

Move in is November 1.

1175 + bills (currently under rent negotiation with our landlord, so may go up to max 1275).
Bills are around 150 per month
