Spacious and cosy double rooms available in a Vict

Cosy double room available now in a 3-bedroom Victorian House, in a quiet and amazing location. We have a front garden and a large rear garden, close to bus stops and the cafes and shops of Chatsworth Rd, which is a 5-minute walk away- you’ll be living with me the landlord, and one other. We are in our mid-20s-30.

The house has a nice living room, a massive kitchen, and a bathroom upstairs, with plenty of living space, and the room has recently been refurbished.

We are a friendly household, respectful of each other’s privacy, looking for a working professional, who is not working from home. Bills (inclusive)–including regular cleaner.

Our new roomie should have their own life going on in London – we like to get along, and sometimes hang out, but if you looking to move in and make new best friends, we probably are not the house for you.

We are quiet during the week, and on the weekends we may have friends over for dinner, or around before going out – but we are always respectful of each other with our plans. We are not a party house.

I do have a beautiful cat called Midnight, so you would need to be cat-friendly, but that also means I am not looking for anyone with pets themselves. No smokers, no couples.

The room is £830 (inclusive off all bills).The Bills included are gas, electric, water, and wifi. We also get a cleaner in once a fortnight, and we have a kitty to pay for things like loo roll, cleaning stuff, and kitchen basics.



The room is available from 15th March (earliest), with some flexibility for a later move in date.
