Great for single prof or mature student, £925 per month. Utility bills, C/T plus fast wireless broadband included in the rent. We have a cleaner every week (not included). The cost of the cleaner and her materials are shared between us. We are a mix group of females and males.

4 weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks deposit.
