Single Room in Shoreditch - £115pw

Hi there, we have a small room at our flat that is situated the heart of Shoreditch. It is close to all amenities, 2 min walk from Hoxton Station, around the corner from Brick Lane, Columbia flower & Broadway market and of course, 5 min walk away from the bars.

We are a nice group of people who are from all over the planet that are in their mid to late 20’s (and a bit older) who are hard-working and enjoy a drink on the evening after work and on their weekends.

We are looking for someone who is considerate, respectful, likes to contribute to the household and above all, loves to socialise and have a drink with us every now and then. We are close knit group of people but we do have a life outside our household.

The room itself is a nice cosy single room that is suitable for a single person.
It has great natural light and is in a quiet area of Shoreditch.

Rent is £115 per week. We also have a cleaner that we also pitch in for, which is roughly £20 pounds per month. 3-weeks deposit is required to take upon the room.
