We have a lovely double room to rent on Goldsmiths Row, next to Broadway Market and Regents Canal. The room is furnished with a king size bed and built-in double wardrobe. The let is Monday - Friday only, perfect for someone working in London but commuting home at the weekends.

The flat is light, clean, secure and within walking distance to Bethnal Green tube, Shoreditch and the City.

You'd be sharing with us, a professional couple in our 30s. We're looking for a chilled out, like-minded and considerate person to share with.

It's not a party house, we are respectful of each others' space and like to keep the house clean (thanks to the cleaner!). Ideally you'll have your own busy life and friends, so will enjoy the peace and quiet at home.

Monthly bills are £100 so the total monthly amount is £700 which includes a fortnightly cleaner.
