The house consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, study, wooden floorboards through out and utility room with plenty of space. It is only a 5 minute walk to Hoxton overground, 15 minutes walk to Old Street or Bethnal green tubes and very well connected for buses.
You will be living with three other young professionals aged 26 – 28. There are two girl and one guy, working in illustration, retail management and media sales . Our interests include skating, music, art, cycling along with all the usual stuff. We are looking for someone in their mid 20s to mid 30s who is interested in becoming part of the house and not just another housemate.
Rent is £595 a month excluding bills.
