Hello SINGLES, COUPLES AND ALL FLAT HUNTERS!

My husband and I are leaving our truly amazing flat and subletting our room for the last month of our tenancy.
from the 17th of August until the 16th of September.

We've been living here for a year, and it is with no doubt one of the best places we've ever lived in.
The room is a good size double, though not huge, but has a double bed, a large shelving unit, a 2 drawers chest and of course a good size wardrobe hidden in the wall:). The room is the closest to the bath and toilet which is always good - though we never had an issue with timing in that area.

The house has a beautiful modern kitchen, Dinner table and a living room with a TV. All spacious as the flat is spread on two levels, with good breeze coming from the outside.

For the month you'll be sharing with our lovely Italian housemate, who is really friendly and considerate.

The location is one of the most desirable ones in East London. a moment from broadway market, 10 minutes walk to Hackney, Shoreditch, Brick lane and Dalston. In between 3 amazing parks (Haggerston, London Fields and Victoria) and the Canal right behind it. With Pubs and restaurants and all the amenities you might need. 8 minutes walk to both Hoxton and Haggerston overground, it is also linked to loads of busses going to the city and back 394, 55, 48, 26, 243, 236, 242 and more are 5 minutes away.

The rent for the month is only 850 including everything! no fees! no agents!
