The room available is a double with big glass windows that look out onto the park, you would pretty much have your shower / toilet room. All modern and beautifully decorated. The flat has its own little outside area as seen in the pictures including a communual garden area. 10 mins bike ride to hackney wick along the canal and 10 mins bike ride to dalston or stoke newington.

You would be sharing with one person in their early and mid thirties, super chilled, working in music and events. Looking for a link minded person to live with. Ideally looking for an animal lover as there are two kitties in the property.
