Gorgeous room in recently refurbed Victorian House

We have a beautiful double bedroom available in our large, recently renovated property right off Chatsworth Road for a Monday-Friday let. There are no internal pictures available at the moment as we are literally having the entire house refurbished! The house will be completely finished over Christmas and so would be ready early January 2015 onwards, but you are welcome to come over to see it a little earlier than that. I will get some photos up ASAP.

The property consists of an enormous open plan kitchen/diner in the basement which leads out into the garden. There a wooden floorboards, a wood burning stove and there will be brand new appliances throughout (range cooker, Smeg fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier etc). Upstairs is an equally huge sitting room with another lovely wood burning stove. The bedroom is a large double with original sash windows and a beautiful Victorian fireplace. It can be made available fully furnished or unfurnished if you have some furniture of your own which you’d like to bring across. Just down the hallway is a bathroom for which you would have sole use.

The price is inclusive of all bills including Sky TV, broadband etc.

We are a professional couple in our late 20s-Tom works in advertising, and Josie is a nutritionist. We also live with our little cat, Wolfe, who is just about the most affectionate animal you’d ever care to meet.

The house is right off Chatsworth Road-in our opinion the best street in London. If you are familiar with the area you’ll already know how vibrant and exciting it is-it feels as though every week a great new restaurant/pub/coffee shop opens up within spitting distance of the house. You’ll never get bored in the evenings around here!

Transport links are great. Homerton station is less than a 10 minute walk which takes you to Stratford or Highbury & Islington for tube links. Clapton station is 10 minutes in the other direction and gets you to Liverpool Street in 12 minutes and there are loads of bus routes into Central London.
