We have a double room available in a friendly house in Hackney, Homerton.

It is a terraced Victorian house, recently refurbished; with a kitchen diner, separate living, shower room and 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on first floor. Kitchen diner opens out onto a large garden, great for bbqs and socialising in warmer weather.

The room comes unfurnished.
It's a fair sized double room on the first floor overlooking the garden, it has two south facing windows, neutral colour carpet flooring and it's not overlooked by other properties. The room is available from 25th November but there might be some flexibility with the date.

The rent is 704/month excluding bills.
Internet, water, council tax come to about £40 per month, plus gas and electricity bills come every three months and are split between the flatmates. 6 weeks deposit will be required.

The house is located on a pretty quiet street, just round the corner from Chatsworth Road (with coffee shops and eateries, delis and a great Sunday market). It'€™s a 8 min walk from Homerton overground station and a 15 min walk to Hackney Central. Victoria Park, London Fields and Broadway Market are all within a walkable distance.

It's a pretty easy going and sociable flatshare. The flatmates are all fairly independent and busy but also like to catch up over drink/ dinner and go out together. There is no strict cleaning rota, however everyone contributes to keeping the place tidy and stocked up in shared supplies.

We are looking for someone (male or female) friendly and sociable that would fit in with the above.

The initial contract is for 6 months and can be extended afterwards.
